Meets every Sunday night from 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at NorthRidge Church in the Main Building. Registration is required two days in advance for childcare to be available.
Our purpose is to provide spiritual encouragement, and emotional support, while learning valuable lessons that will enrich your life and help you stay focused on your personal goals. Each module covers a different topic such as: Self- Esteem Building, Attitude and Goal setting, Stress Management, Anger management, Building Healthy Relationships, Assertiveness Training, Health & Nutrition Education, Mental Illness & Substance Abuse, Dealing with Depression, employability skills, and domestic violence.
